Serenity Wanted

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.

Cannot change - I can't change that some other people are mean, hateful, horrible, awful, dishonest and terrible.
Courage to change the things I can - I can hold my head up high to those aforementioned mean people, not stoop to their level and retain my dignity.

I can only control me.

Now, God, please help me to never actually say to Bert's sister that she has a mustache that rivals Tom Selleck's.
